LEGO is hiring work at home community moderators. It appears these positions are available throughout the U.S. However, hours are 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 pm. PST, so make adjustments for your particular time zone.
As a moderation specialist, you will be evaluating user-generated content on the company’s website, approving or rejecting it for public viewing, and engaging with users to provide support and keep the site friendly, safe, and fun.

• Promote user engagement through novel and proactive ideas
• Provide reporting and feedback on user information to ensure high levels of satisfaction in the user experience
• User feedback gathering for business reporting
Requirements (from listing):
• Past on-line community management, moderation, or other relevant community experience
• Detail oriented, as well as an ability to approach tasks in an efficient, effective manner
• Ability to approach situations with a level head
• Consumer and brand focus
Bilingual abilities, particularly German, French, and Russian, are very desirable, but not a requirement. Previous work at home experience is also a plus.
