Get Satisfaction, a social media company that works with companies to increase their visibility across the Web, is currently seeking a work-at-home part-time moderator. As a moderator, you will be responsible for moderating interactions in an online community on behalf of Get Satisfaction’s client.
This is a temporary 6-month opportunity, with the possibility of longer-term future employment. You must have strong oral and written communication skills, a familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel, and experience with online messaging.
Additionally, you must be able to work a flexible schedule, to include some nights, weekends, and holidays.
