Balance Staffing Seeking Work-at-Home Customer Service

yellow-daisy-like-flower-imageBalance Staffing is currently seeking work-at-home tech customer service professionals!  You will be answering calls from customers and troubleshooting issues with their computers, Internet, software, virus removal software, wireless network, and more.

You must have excellent communication abilities, as well as a minimum of three years of tech customer care experience.  You must also have at least one of the following certifications: MSDT, A+, NET+, MCP, MCSE, CCNA, or CCNP.
