VIPDesk and Bluefly are again seeking work-at-home customer service professionals in the following U.S. states: Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.
These are part-time seasonal positions. Training is scheduled for November 7 – 21, 2012, from 11:00 am – 5:00 pm EST. Classes are held daily Monday – Friday and 100% attendance is mandatory.
A high school diploma or its equivalent is required. You also must have two or more years of customer service experience and one or more years of consumer sales experience. Knowledge of the fashion industry and current trends is required.
Finally, you must have excellent verbal and written communication abilities, be computer proficient, be proficient in live chat, and be able to type at least 35 WPM. Experience with MS Office is a must.
