Capital One Hiring Work-at-Home Customer Service in Tampa


Capital One is again seeking work-at-home customer service agents in the Tampa, FL area.  You must be able to train onsite for 6 to 7 weeks prior to beginning work from home.    Expected hours are 30 per week.  You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent.

Additionally, you must have a minimum of two years of customer care experience OR at least six months of work-from-home experience.  A college degree, excellent written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of the financial industry, and small business experience are preferred.

You must have a distraction-free home workspace, reliable hard-wired, high-speed Internet, and a dedicated telephone line.  You may be required, on occasion, to return onsite for further training.
