GoGuardian is hiring work at home customer service agents in the following U.S. states: Florida, Michigan, Illinois, and the District of Columbia. These are full-time positions with the following schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST.
As a customer support representative, you will be the first contact for all help desk or IT related requests or queries. You will also be responsible for generating leads and sales.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that allow successful interaction with all areas of the organization and with clients
- Solid interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to develop and maintain productive relationships
- Work independently and very proactively with minimal direction/supervision
- Customer service focus; positive attitude, warm and caring demeanor
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and commitment to quality
- Flexibility and sensitivity to detail and deadlines in a multitasking environment
- Demonstrate initiative (e.g., in starting tasks, asking questions, identifying and discussing problems, ability to structure own work, stay on task)
- High level of enthusiasm and energy; professional
- Demonstrates a “can-do” spirit, a sense of optimism, ownership, and commitment
Preferred Experience: (from listing):
- Associate’s degree in a related area of study preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or support role is preferred; experience in a level 1 technical support role strongly preferred
- Intermediate level proficiency with Google Apps and the ability to learn new programs and software as needed
- Demonstrated experience explaining complex information in a simplified manner in written and spoken communication
