Sedgwick CMS Hiring Work at Home Claims Support Associates

Sedgwick CMS is hiring work-at-home claims support professionals in North Carolina.  You must undergo two weeks of on location and/or remote training, at the discretion of the company.  The company pays for a dedicated phone line and Internet service.  Employees must have a quiet home office.

Requirements (from job listing):

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • One (1) year of clerical or customer service experience required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
  • Good customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
