Sitel is hiring seasonal work at home agents in the United States! Both part and full-time opportunities are available. These are seasonal, contract home-based positions.
Compensation starts at $9.00 to $10.00 per hour, dependent on campaign.

- Prior customer service experience
- Sales experience
- Prefers working in virtual self-management/self- motivated environment
- Excellent verbal and listening skills
- Professional and articulate voice
- Home office that is noise & distraction free
- Ability to provide superior customer service while navigating multiple systems including the use of chat to ask and receive internal support
- Excels working in a fast paced environment with evolving business needs
All work at home agents must have high-speed Internet and wired high-speed cable or DSL service!
You must also have a quiet home office from which to work.
Training is paid. Schedules are set.
