VIPDesk is currently hiring work-at-home rewards redemption specialists! These are temporary full-time positions that begin on October 8th, 2012 and continue until February 2013. You will be fulfilling reward redemption requests via telephone.
A high school diploma or its equivalent and two years of customer service experience is required. You must be fluent in English. Additionally, you must have strong computer and Internet abilities and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, and you must be able to type a minimum of 35 WPM.
Finally, you must have excellent communication abilities. A quiet home office is a must. Applicants must be able to pass all background checks prior to hire. Hours are 35 to 40 per week. Shifts fall between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Weekend and holiday work is required.
