American Express is seeking work-at-home customer support professionals across the U.S. The minimum starting compensation is $15.73 per hour. Top performers can earn over $20.00 per hour.
You will be responding to customer inquiries regarding their accounts, delivering solutions via Amex products and services, building relationships with customers, and documenting account information.
You must have a four-year college degree or four years of customer care experience, and you must have a sound understanding of the industry. Additionally, you must be computer proficient, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Finally, you must have excellent listening and problem solving abilities, and you must have a passion for delivering excellent customer care. All new hires will be required to have a separate and dedicated analog land line phone and high-speed Internet.
