Work-at-Home: BlueFly Customer Support Agent Jobs

VIPDesk is seeking work-at-home brand ambassadors for Internet retailer BlueFly.  You will be serving as a personal shopper and assisting customers via telephone, email, and chat.  You must live in one of the following states: Alaska, Colorado, Delaware, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, or Virginia.

VIPDesk is currently accepting applications for training classes beginning August 15th, 2011.  Part and full-time opportunities are available.  A variety of schedules are available.  Some weekend and holiday work is required.

You must have a quiet work space, Internet connection, telephone line, and computer.  You must also have a high school diploma or its equivalent, two or more years of customer support experience, one year of sales experience, strong communicative abilities, and knowledge of the fashion industry and current trends.
