Talk2Rep is seeking work-at-home sales chat agents to assist new and existing customers at one of the top telecommunications companies in the U.S.  Specifically, you will be responding to inbound chat inquiries and consulting with customers about features or wireless phones available.

You must have excellent customer service abilities, and you must have your high school diploma or its equivalent.

Additional Requirements (from job listing):

  • Ability to type at least 50 WPM with no errors.
  • Ability to multitask (handling 3 chats concurrently)
  • Ability to resource product information via tools that are provided to you
  • Ability to independently research information via the Internet
  • Sales experience a plus
  • Chat experience a plus
  • Wireless knowledge a plus
  • Outstanding spelling, grammar, and communication skills a must

Finally, you must have a hardwired Internet connection, a computer with Windows (MAC not compatible), and an upload speed of at least 1.0 mbps.
