Cloud 10, a virtual call center located in Colorado, hires work-at-home agents from across the U.S. to answer inbound customer service calls. Schedules are set, and agents are paid by the hour, not by the call time. These are employee positions.
There is a paid training program, and payment is made via direct deposit every two weeks. Schedules are generally five days a week (between 32 and 38 hours per week).
You must have a high school diploma, prior support experience, excellent verbal and listening skills, an articulate voice, and professional manner. You must also have a quiet home office. A background check is required.
