Career Connection Inc. (CCI) is seeking work-at-home tech customer service agents in the Raleigh, NC area for a Fortune 100 client. Hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., but you must be available for other hours as needed.
You must be able to train 40 hours per week for three weeks in the company’s RTP location, after which you may work from your own home office. You must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or its equivalent, and you must have computer, keyboard, and Internet navigation skills.
You must also have strong knowledge of the Windows operating system, Microsoft Office products, and be able to type a minimum of 25 WPM. The right candidate will be an excellent communicator, with good problem solving and troubleshooting skills, who is able to perform independently with a minimum of supervision.
Finally, you must be reliable and dependable and have excellent customer care abilities. All agents must have a quiet workspace with a land line phone and broadband Internet access.
