Work at Home: Customer Service Agent Jobs with eHarmony

Service Response Partners is seeking work-at-home customer service agents for eHarmony.  You must live within commuting distance of the Irvine, CA headquarters.  College experience is preferred.  A minimum of two years of customer care experience is required.

You must be willing to work one weekend day per week.  Both part and full-time positions are available.  You must be congenial and patient and have a conversational style.  This position is responsible for maintaining and increasing membership in the program.

You must have excellent computer and technology skills, and you must have excellent communicative abilities.  Demonstrated experience with membership services is a definite plus.  Finally, you must be knowledgeable with regard to Windows software packages.
