Work at Home: Customer Service Job with CrowdSavings

Dalmatian-on-blue-blanket-image is seeking a partial work-at-home customer service professional in the Tampa, FL area.  You will provide customer care across all active CrowdSavings markets via email and inbound calls.

This will include processing refund requests, managing tickets, and contacting merchants as necessary, in addition to regular office duties. Hours are Monday through Friday, with some evening and weekend work.  Evening and weekend work may be done from home.

You must have an associate’s degree or higher.  You must also have Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) experience, as well as familiarity with Macs, Apple KeyNote, iPad, a variety of social platforms, and Google Docs. You must be a creative and organized problem solver, and you must have the ability to prioritize.
