Work-at-Home: Customer Service Jobs with Ascend One

Ascend One is hiring work-at-home customer service agents in Maryland.  You must attend four weeks of paid training in Columbia, Maryland, after which you will be allowed to work from home.

Minimum requirements are a high school diploma or its equivalent, a minimum of two years customer care experience, one year of debt management or related experience, and proven success in customer account management and relationship building.

Additionally, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, accurate data entry skills, a working knowledge of the Internet, strong critical thinking abilities, and a working knowledge of debt management and related financial services products.
