You must be willing to commit to a minimum of 25 hours per week. Hours are available seven days a week, 7:00 a.m. to midnight EST, but the largest need is for individuals who can work after 4:00 p.m. You pick your scheduled slots in one-hour increments.
Compensation starts at $.18/minute talk time. Pay advancement is frequent. You will be assisting customers on inbound calls, answering questions about service, updating customer information, performing retention where applicable, canceling if retention is not successful, and issuing refunds as needed.
You must have a quiet home office, a computer with Internet Explorer 8 or the latest version of Firefox, a headset with microphone, and high-speed Internet (no satellite-based services). You must have Skype.
Additionally, you must be able to perform on your own and follow directions. A minimum of one year of previous customer care experience is required. Experience telecommuting is a plus.
