VIPDesk and Eddie Bauer are currently hiring part and full-time customer service agents. Hours are 25 to 40 per week. As a customer support agent for VIPDesk, you will be assisting customers via phone, email, and chat.
You must have a high school diploma or its equivalent and at least one year of previous customer services/sales experience, as well as excellent written and verbal abilities. You must also be able to type a minimum of 35 WPM and be familiar with and experienced in utilizing Microsoft Office programs.
