Rider Insurance is seeking work-at-home customer service agents with insurance experience, in the Cincinnati area, to provide first contact with potential and existing customers. You must be willing to train onsite, after which you will be allowed to work from your own home office.
You must have excellent verbal communication skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. You must also be able to work independently. Additionally, you must have insurance experience and a property & casualty license.
The available shift is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. During the busy season of March to mid-August, you will work every other Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., at an overtime rate.
