Wizards of the Coast is seeking a work-at-home customer service rep/mod. You will be providing ongoing customer care for players, as well as moderating and mentoring in-game customers through live chat, email, and forum.
You must have a high school diploma or its equivalent and two or more years of live chat customer care experience. Experience providing game support is highly desired, as is a strong familiarity with Wizards’ games and products.
Additionally, you must be able to type a minimum of 50 WPM and have excellent communicative abilities. Hours are flexible. However, some weekends and holidays will be required.
Finally, you must have experience with MS Office and Instant Messenger (AIM, MSN), and you must have an up-to-date computer with high-speed Internet. All applicants must be able and willing to sit at the computer for long periods of time.
