Meineke is seeking a work-at-home customer support specialist in the Charlotte, NC area to provide telephone and online support to its franchisees. You will be building customer relationships, learning the company’s software, providing simple desktop network support, and resolving issues.
This is a 40 hour per week position. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze software issues and provide solutions. Besides assisting customers with issues, you will be maintaining records, referring problems to second-level support, and gaining an understanding of small business management and franchising.
You must have a BS or BA, be proficient with Microsoft technology, have a clear speaking voice, and be able to work well with others. Experience with SQL, FTP, and basic networking is a plus.
