Washington D.C.’s Sawbuck Realty is seeking a work-at-home customer support agent to assist consumers who contact Sawbuck regarding their real estate needs. You will relate the benefits of the company’s services and refer customers to local partner agents.
You must be willing to schedule evenings and weekends, as all hours take place during these times. You must also own a computer running Windows and have Internet access. Residential real estate experience is preferred, but not required. Previous customer care experience is a plus.
Finally, you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be Internet and computer savvy (email, Smartphone, IM, etc.). Compensation is up to $20 per hour. Hours are estimated to be between 10 and 20 per week. You must attend paid training at the company’s Friendship Heights office, after which you may work from home.
