Bright Horizons is seeking work-at-home customer support agents.  You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent.  An associates degree or higher is preferred.  You must also have at least one year of customer care experience.

Additionally, all candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to type 35 WPM, and have above average data entry abilities. You must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Outlook and have superior time management and organizational abilities.
