Work at Home: Customer Support Jobs with Capital One

Capital One is hiring work-at-home customer service associates in the Richmond, VA area. You must be able to train onsite in Richmond for four to six weeks, after which you will be allowed to work from your own home office. Training is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent.  Preferred are two years of customer care experience, excellent verbal and grammar abilities, knowledge of the financial industry, and exceptional listening and problem solving abilities.

Schedules are a one-year commitment.  Expected hours are 30 per week.  You must have a quiet workspace in your home, reliable high-speed, hardwired Internet, and a dedicated home telephone line.
