Cloud 10 hires work-at-home customer support agents from across the U.S. to answer inbound calls for its clients. You will have the same set schedule every week. Calls are routed through your computer, which means you don’t need a dedicated land line telephone.
Pay is by the hour and is not dependent on number of calls received or talk time. Most agents work five days a week for 32 to 38 hours each week. Training is paid and comprehensive.
You will be an employee, not an independent contractor. Pay is deposited every other Friday by direct deposit, and all taxes are taken care of.
