Higher One is seeking work-at-home experienced seasonal customer support in the following U.S. states: CT, CO, FL, NC, TX, GA, and VA. New training starts in July of 2012. Expected hours are between 15 and 30 per week.
You must have one to three years of previous customer care and/or data entry experience, and you must have excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Additionally, you must have superior listening skills and a land line telephone. Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) is a plus.
Finally, you must be 18 years old and have your high school diploma or its equivalent, and you must be eligible to work in the United States. All applicants must be able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. A background check is required.
