Robert Half Technology is seeking a work-at-home customer support agent. You must be able to train onsite in Schaumburg, Illinois, for one to two months prior to beginning work from home.
You will be answering calls and answering tickets in a timely manner, as well as assisting users with various systems issues. You must have the following experience:
MS Office 2007/2010 (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), MS Outlook 2007/2010, Blackberry, Windows XP and 7 Operating Systems, Active Directory, Citrix and VPN, 3+ yrs experience in a Call Center/Helpdesk position. A minimum of one IT certification (i.e. HDI, A+, ITIL, MCSE, Network +) or related coursework.
