Higher One is seeking experienced work-at-home customer support agents again in the following U.S. states: CT, CO, FL, NC, TX, GA and VA. You will be responding to inbound telephone and email inquiries from the company’s account holders.
These are seasonal positions. New paid training classes begin on January 16 and 23, 2012. Currently, they are only seeking people to schedule early or mid-morning or early or mid-afternoon. Expected hours are between 15 and 30 per week.
You must have an up-to-date computer and land line phone. You must also have high-speed Internet. Additionally, you must have one to three years of customer care experience, good listening skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
