Work-at-Home: Sitel Customer Service HomeShore Program

Sitel is currently in a hiring push for its work-at-home customer service program HomeShore. Participants train and fill out “new hire” paperwork virtually.  The company provides the necessary equipment.

You must have a high school diploma, computer skills, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, and experience working at home or in a call center.  You must also have excellent grammar skills and multitasking abilities.  Finally, you must be self-motivated and willing to take on responsibility.
