VIPDesk is currently hiring work-at-home customer care associates in Kentucky and Indiana. You must have a quiet home office, telephone line, high-speed Internet, and up-to-date computer.
You must also have your high school diploma or its equivalent and at least one year of prior customer support experience, and you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Finally, you must able to type at least 35 WPM, have Internet skills, and be experienced utilizing Microsoft Office products.
A courteous and friendly telephone demeanor is a must for this position. All employees must be able to accept some weekend and holiday hours. A background check is required.
