Someone in the Los Angeles area is seeking a work-at-home, experienced bookkeeper to manage a simple collections process. Specifically, you must have experience with Quickbooks Online and Excel, and have a solid knowledge of collections.
You must also have excellent telephone communication skills (English), as well as fast data entry abilities. You will upload new payments daily, contact payment failures, assist people through a collections process when necessary, and review and maintain customer balance records.
This position can be performed from anywhere between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST.
