Cynet Systems is seeking a work-at-home administrative assistant. You must be local to the Bay Area of San Francisco. You will be scheduling appointments, providing information to callers, taking dictation, composing memos, transcribing notes, performing research and data gathering, and creating presentations. Ninety percent of your work will be from your own home office.
Additionally, you will be preparing and monitoring invoices and expense reports, as well as assisting in the compilation and development of the annual budget. You must have experience in an administrative assistant or office coordinator position.
