Publicis Touchpoint Solutions is hiring work at home virtual assistants to provide administrative assistance to its team. You must have two or more years of relevant experience. It appears these jobs are available anywhere with an Internet connection.
Additionally, you must be flexible, responsive, detail-oriented, and technically savvy. You must also have excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
This work is on a project-by-project basis, so the amount of work will fluctuate. You may be offered anywhere from 0 to 40 hours or work per week, with most weeks averaging 20 to 30 hours.
You can accept or decline projects that don’t fit into your personal schedule. Duties will including sourcing candidates via job boards, scheduling interviews, maintaining applicant tracking systems, creating spreadsheets to track, and more.

PC with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong technical aptitude to navigate a variety of computer systems
Effective communication (verbal and written) and excellent follow-up skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred

LLC desired, but not required
