Home-Based Phone Jobs with American Public University

cat-paws-up-in-air-imageAmerican Public University is seeking home-based admissions representatives.  You must have high-speed Internet and a quiet home office.  Hours are 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Requirements (from employment listing):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required or ten or more years in a customer service environment, preferably in sales or education.
  • Experience with online and/or higher education preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a high energy team environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under time sensitive deadlines.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work successfully with limited supervision.

Depending on need, you may be assigned to one of the following teams: inbound phone, outbound phone, undergraduate applicant, graduate applicant, selective/international applicant, readmission or retention.
