Pierce-Eislen is currently hiring part-time work at home rent surveyors for the Spring 2014 Rent Survey. This is a 100% telecommute opportunity available throughout the U.S. These are seasonal positions. Compensation is competitive.
You will be calling apartment communities throughout the US as a prospective renter, in order to research current rental information.
Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):
- Hard-working, self-motivated, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
- Available during business hours (M-F)
- Must reside in the United States and have access to high-speed Internet and unlimited long-distance
- Assertive and creative in order to get the information needed
- Familiar with basic mathematical functions
- Looking for a seasonal job that allows you to have background noise and flexible hours
- Comfortable making outgoing calls as a potential renter and able to maintain control of calls
This seasonal survey starts Monday, May 5th and will last approximately 4 to 6 weeks. You must commit to approximately 10-15 hours a week, Monday through Friday. You may, however, work more hours if desired.
High-speed Internet and long distance service must be set up prior to May 5th.
