purple-blue-bouquet-imageApptical is seeking work-at-home call center supervisors in several U.S. states.  Right now, I see they’re seeking to hire in California, Utah, and Arizona.  Your main responsibility will be to manage, train, and guide agents in the execution of their tasks.  You will monitor agents, calculate performance, and analyze reports.

You must have at least one year of previous customer support experience, a high school diploma, and a general college degree.  You must also have IT and communication skills.  Finally, you must be calm under pressure, capable of making decisions under stress, and able to perform in a team environment.
