Share Email Opening Title Recruiter - Full-Time, Work from Home  About the Organization CART Solutions is a leading retail reset provider filling the varied merchandising needs of national chain grocery and drug stores.   Location Nationwide   Description CART Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic, work-from-home recruiter with experience in the merchandising industry, preferably in the EST or CST time zone. This position involves working from home so it would require a good internet and phone connection. CART Solutions is a fast-paced organization that requires a fast-paced recruiting team to source, interview, and onboard contractors nationwide. Candidates should be organized, assertive, self-motivated and have the ability to work independently. Responsibilities: Administer Independent Contractor recruitment activities Create and manage job postings through an ATS system with Indeed, Craigslist, etc. Manage candidates within the ATS system Pre-qualify contractors by phone screens to asses experience and qualifications to contract with CART Solutions Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation during the entire recruiting process Follow CART Solutions policies and procedures Complete onboarding of contractors Ensure new contractors are entered into the CRM and are ready for the Project Management team in a timely manner This position will offer the right candidate a number of benefits: Full-time position Competitive salary DOE Company Benefits - health, dental, vision, life, STD and LTD 401(k) with employer match Paid vacation and sick time Paid holidays Potential to earn performance bonuses Ability to work from home Potential opportunities for advancement   Position Requirements Strong written and oral communication skills Proficient computer and internet skills - including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Salesforce Proficient in establishing and executing email templates that get responses via Outlook and our ATS system Experience utilizing an ATS system preferred Experience in the Merchandising industry is preferred Must be able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment A sense of urgency and proactive attitude Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines of multiple projects with varying deadlines Independently work from home with the ability to work extended hours if necessary Must have daily, reliable access to the internet CART Solutions is looking to hire for this position ASAP.
