BioTRUST is hiring work at home customer service agents in Colorado and Texas to assist customers via phone, email, and chat! These are full-time positions.

The company is willing to train the right candidates, but you must be interested in health and fitness, and you must have some sales experience.

Further Qualifications (from work-at-home job listing):

  • Must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet constant deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to quickly learn new computer programs and systems.
  • A personal training certificate or degree in nutrition, biology, chemistry, kinesiology, sports science, corporate wellness, or any health sciences is a plus, but not required.
  • Call center experience is required in busy inbound environment.
  • Experience in customer retention and upselling is preferred.
  • Experience with customer interaction via chat and email is a plus.
