Home-Based Appeals and Grievance Coordinator Jobs with Broadpath

Broadpath is seeking home-based appeals and grievance coordinators in the U.S. All home-based employees must have a high school diploma or its equivalent.

These appear to be full-time work at home customer service positions.

From the company:

“The Appeals and Grievance Coordinator will be responsible for the management, coordination, and resolution of member and provider complaints, grievances, and appeals, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements. Acting as the primary investigator and contact person for the member and provider, the Appeals and Grievance Coordinator will perform research, resolution, and response to complaints on behalf of a member.”

Requirements (from the work-at-home job listing):

  • 2 + years of Medicare Part C or D appeals experience
  • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
  • Must have strong technical skills (Microsoft Windows, keyboarding skills, strong systems aptitude, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience as a home-based employee is a definite plus.
