Home-Based Customer Success Specialist Jobs with Knock

Knock is seeking home-based customer success specialists with a real estate background in the Eastern Standard Time Zone. The schedule for these work at home positions is Thursday through Monday.

These are 100% remote full-time customer care jobs.

Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):

  • The desire to work Thursday – Monday, on East coast time (EST).
  • Experience speaking with real estate agents in a past professional role and understand the fundamentals of the real estate industry.
  • Become the SME within a product area, learning everything there is to know about an industry, and being able to clearly articulate product knowledge to customers.
  • Handled high volume text, chat, and email with speed and accuracy.
  • You’ve resolved technical issues that customers call in about.
  • Proven success working independently, autonomously, & reliably, exceeding metrics, all with a positive attitude and smile on your face.
  • Be courageous in building rapport with customers, offering world class service.
  • Technical chops – you can jump into new technology seamlessly & learn fast. We use Google, Zoom, Slack, and more.
  • Believe in creating diverse, equitable, and inclusive practices and programs that will further Knock’s commitment to making an impact, learning, putting people first, being open, and courageous.
  • Have proven success working 100% remote in prior positions & are experienced working with a distributed, national team.

Duties (from listing):

  • Be the first point of inbound contact with customers and real estate agents via phone, text, chat, and email.
  • Educate real estate agents and customers on the Knock Home Swap™ value proposition, diving into detail on how it works, and sharing your subject matter expertise.
  • Go above & beyond to provide world class customer experiences, resolve customer inquiries, and overall put our customers first.
  • Answer & resolve homeowner and real estate agent questions and concerns regarding Knock’s programs, and/or route them to the appropriate point of contact.
  • Be empowered to work autonomously, continuously learning, and are expected to adhere to meeting schedules/times and prioritize accordingly.
  • Follow up on social media posts within our specified SLA.
  • Continually learn, grow, and expand your knowledge, while also supporting others learning experiences; act as a mentor and be a resource for others inside and outside of your team
  • Take on ad-hoc projects as they arise & always be willing to support your team where they need you.
