Sutherland Global Services is hiring home-based tech customer support from across the United States. Paid training will be provided. You will be answering inbound customer service calls.

You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent.

Further Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):

  • Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic PC keyboarding skills; basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required
  • Windows Vista or higher, Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher, Minimum of 1.99 GB RAM required
  • Minimum Internet download speed of 2000 kbps and 384 kbps upload required
  • USB noise cancelling headset

Additionally, you must be reliable and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Base compensation starts at $9.50 per hour, with bonus pay available for excellent performance. The company offers a generous benefits package and 401K.
