OkCupid is hiring work at home email customer service agents in the U.S. These jobs require excellent writing ability.
Hours are 30 to 40 per week.
Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):
- Excellent written communication abilities
- Web savvy
- The ability to understand sometimes complicated scenarios and respond with well-thought-out written solutions
- Prior customer service or billing experience preferred
- Experience using Android and iPhone apps
- The ability to work reliably and independently from home

In addition to your email customer service role, you will be expected to handle a small volume of phone calls, review and moderate content on the site, and perform other duties as needed.
