SYKES Hiring Work-at-Home Customer Service Professionals

SYKES has immediate openings for work-at-home customer service professionals.  You must be able to pass an extensive background check and screening.  You must also be 18 years of age and have your high school diploma or its equivalent.

Additionally, you must have a minimum of six months experience in high-volume customer care, and you must be computer proficient, capable of troubleshooting, and possess a pleasant telephone demeanor.

Finally, you must have a quiet home office, an up-to-date computer, a headset, a land line telephone, and high-speed Internet which can be hardwired while you are working.

Hours are 32 to 39 per week, after seven weeks of training via the Web.  Shifts may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.  Starting pay is $9.50 per hour.  A 401K plan is available.
