U-Haul Hiring Work at Home Roadside Assistance

U-Haul is seeking work-at-home emergency roadside assistance. You must be able to attend two weeks of paid training in downtown Phoenix prior to beginning work from home. You must possess strong listening skills, be detail oriented, and have the ability to handle a high volume work load.

You must also be patient and have a positive attitude.  One to two years of customer service experience is required. Additionally you must be mechanically inclined. General knowledge of mechanical and automotive skills is preferred, but is not required.

Further Requirements (from job listing):

  • Clear speaking voice; excellent customer service communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective problem solving skills; reasoning and decision making abilities
  • Ability to perform under time constraints and maintain attention to detail
  • Exemplary attendance
  • Type 25 wpm
  • Basic knowledge of the U.S. and Canadian geography; basic knowledge of PCs
  • 6 months customer service experience is preferred
