Williams-Sonoma Home-Based Customer Service Jobs!

Williams-Sonoma is hiring home-based customer service agents in the following U.S. states: California, Nevada, Texas, and Oklahoma! These are part-time positions.

Starting compensation varies by state, but appears to be between $10.75 and $11.00 per hour.

Work-at-Home Requirements (from job listing):

  • High school Diploma or GED
  • Two (2) years of previous sales and/or customer service experience is preferred
  • Independent decision making and problem solving skills
  • Working knowledge of computer with good data entry skills
  • Attendance of In-Center training (up to six weeks availability required – days vary by location)

In this position, you will be assisting catalog customers, answering questions, cross-selling when appropriate, issuing replacements, and responding to concerns.

You must have an up-to-date computer running a Windows 7, Windows 8, or Macintosh OS X (10.5) or higher operating system and a minimum speed of 2.5 GHz and minimum RAM of 2 GB.
