Mass Mutual is hiring work at home customer relationship specialists. These positions are 100% remote and can be performed from anywhere in the United States.

These are full-time (40 hours per week) positions.

Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior insurance experience
  • Technical expertise in underwriting, new business, or third party firms
  • Knowledge of financial products and workflows
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to think critically, problem solve using data to drive toward resolution
  • Can prioritize work and effectively multi-task
  • Process and detail-oriented
  • Positive, inclusive, agile, and collaborative mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

 Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience in Life Underwriting
  • Experience in New Business
  • Experience with third party, brokerage, contact center, risk management or medical background
  • Prior experience in a relationship manager role within insurance industry, working with third parties

Hours for this work at home customer relationship role are standard business hours.
