Work-at-Home: Customer Service and Sales Jobs with Convergys

Convergys is currently hiring work-at-home inbound customer service and sales associates in the Olathe, KS area. You must be able to complete training in Olathe, prior to working from home.  You must have one year of prior relevant experience, a high school diploma or its equivalent, and be able to type a minimum of 20 WPM.

You must be available for some night and weekend shifts, and you must be able to pass a background check.  Additionally, you must have excellent customer support skills, be detail oriented, and have excellent listening and troubleshooting abilities.
