Doherty Staffing Solutions is now hiring work-at-home customer service for Bluestem Brands in the Alexandria, MN area! You must be a self-starter, and you must be highly organized.  You must also be PC literate, have excellent verbal communication abilities, and be able to type a minimum of 25 WPM.  Your home office must be quiet, with no distractions.

Further Requirements (from employment listing):Requirements:

  • Experience in Windows-based computer programs with excellent navigational skills is preferred
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience is preferred
  • This is a work at home position.  You must be self-motivated with strong work ethics
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • You must have a reliable cable or DSL broadband Internet connection with 5.0 mbps (Speed test required)
  • You must have a landline phone line. No cell phones. Phone must have a 2.5mm headset jack
  • Broadband or high speed wired Internet; Cricket, Air card, satellite, or other non-wired ISP connections are not allowed
  • Minimum upload and download speed: 5 Mbps or greater
  • Must be able to attend 3 weeks of training in Alexandria.  Hourly pay is $9.00 during training, $10.00 after training.
  • Positions require a background check.
