You must be able to attend three weeks of onsite classes prior to beginning work from home.

You must have a dedicated land line telephone, up-to-date computer, high-speed Internet, and headset. Compensation starts at $11 per hour, but incentives are offered. You must possess excellent written, customer care, and sales abilities.

All candidates must have a minimum of four weeks telephone experience, as well as PC and Windows competency.  You must also have excellent communication, data entry, problem solving, and conflict resolution abilities.  Finally, you must be patient and able to remain calm during stressful situations.
